i was in a bud light commercial that aired live on primetime tv on june 7th 2001...it was on NBC at approximately 8:30 est or so...

about 2 months or so before... my neighborhood bar had some kind of camera thing set up and everybody was lined up...i had no idea what it was but got in the line to get free bud light,when i got to the front,they told me to just look into camera and say whatever was on my mind...don't remember what i said,but about 2 weeks later i got home and had a message from some lady from andheiser bush in st. louis..i called her back and she asked me if i wanted to be in a "special project" and that i would have to be available all day on june 7th...i said yes and she gave me directions on where to be...
i was freaking fired up..and very nervous as the day came near...i had to be there at 11:00 am,and when i got there found out what it was..we were to part of a special commercial aired live at 8:30 that night..
they had a live band that had won some contest and we were to be just the crowd watching this band,so for the next freaking 8 hours or so we simply sat there and watched this band play the same 60 second song over and over again...when time finally came to do commercial they gave us all bud light bottle without beer in them,i think they had colored water in them(said it was against law to drink on live tv) and they cut live to commercial and we were done...i got a check for 100 bucks and a placard stating that they put me on live tv with the date...also signed some papers directing payment of all future airings to me...but there have been none since it was for live commercial to begin with...i was in the picture for about 2 seconds just holding up a bud light bottle and acting like a fool jamming to a band no one had ever heard of (i think their name was weekend excursion)
